The VCC Architectural Committee is holding its next meeting on June 27, 2023, at 1:00PM in the 8th Floor Conference Room at City Hall, 1300 Perdido Street. This meeting is IN-PERSON. VCC staff recommends all attendees bring their own laptop or tablet to review meeting materials as printed materials will NOT be passed out at the meeting.

For applicants, it is imperative that someone attend the meeting to answer questions or concerns of the Committee. If no one can attend the meeting to represent an application, the matter may be deferred. The order in which the applications will be discussed is subject to change without prior notice upon the discretion of the Architectural Committee. The Committee will consider each application in the order of the scheduled agenda. Public comments will be welcome following the discussion of each item. Please limit the length of your comments to what can be read within two minutes. As a reminder, Committee approval does not constitute a permit; work may not begin until staff has given final approval and issued all necessary permits, which must be signed by the applicant or a representative before it is considered valid.
